Rural healthcare providers have a unique opportunity to strengthen their technology infrastructure through the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), but a successful application requires more than simply identifying funding opportunities. Developing a long-term strategy that prioritizes foundational infrastructure and cybersecurity before pursuing innovation is critical to maximizing available resources throughout the five-year program.
In this webinar, attendees will learn how to navigate the RHTP application and assessment process, identify urgent infrastructure needs, and build a strategic roadmap for future technology investments. The session will also explore how organizations can quickly assess their current IT environment, address security gaps, and position themselves for early artificial intelligence (AI) opportunities once a strong infrastructure is in place. Participants will gain practical guidance on creating stronger funding applications and aligning technology priorities with the long-term goals of the RHTP.
