Pamela Buschjost, Finance Director, Missouri Rural Health Association
Pam Buschjost has a 44-year background in the financial field. She got her start in finance at Jefferson Bank from 1977 - 1995 in numerous positions, working her way up to Mortgage Servicing Supervisor. She then accepted a position with Schrimpf Management Inc., as the Secretary/Financial Assistant for property management from 1996- 2006 handling all the financial aspects of over 100 rental and commercial properties, as well as customer service, contracts, collections and numerous other duties. In 2006 she was offered and accepted a position with Community Asset Builders, LLC as the Financial Director to handle association management for several clients, to include memberships, conference planning and events, registrations, Sales, Services and financials for these clients. In 2018 her focus was fully involved with Missouri Rural Health Association as Finance Director/Event Planner/Grant Management and has continued to grow with this organization as it continues to expand its services to Link, Engage and Sustain. Missouri Rural Health Association’s mission is to safeguard and improve the health of rural Missourians. The Association accomplishes this mission by engaging in partnerships and providing leadership on rural issues through advocacy, communication, education, and research. She is excited to see Missouri Rural Health Association continue to grow and expand its services throughout the Rural Communities and beyond! She is a proud mother of 3 daughters, and 3 grandchildren She enjoys the outdoors, camping, walking, reading, bonfires, a good book and lots of family time!
